  Not happy with the Treatment I have received each time I have dropped our dog off, one staff member in particular is giving this business a bad reputation at the front desk, older woman who never smiles.

  No was our reply, we drove in (fast) up driveway at 4.33pm out comes fat old mean woman, with a look like she wanted to murder us, and promptly told me while I tried to explain about traffic, that "" we were going out, my wife replied yes sorry I did not know I would be late , however the woman who booked us in (manager) told us if we were going to be late to ring so we did the correct thing...No smiles just rude like last time...I then was about to hop into car and out comes young girl to give us our dogs report..? Gee that just held me up?? really this is a business if it was not for your customers you would have NO business, so learn to treat people better and address this staffs rude behavior. Kerri Morgan

  Isis Pet Resort is 5 star quality for my babies! I own two Great Danes and these dogs are my children. In the past I have never wanted to leave them in boarding kennels as I worried about them. Recently I had no choice but to find boarding for my furbabies. The Isis Pet Resort was fantastic. My Danes had clean secure boarding with excellent supervision. The team provided me with a report card and photos during their stay. They didn't flinch when I phoned a couple of times to check on them. My Danes were clean and smelt amazing when I picked them up.

  Our staffy and GSP love this place! If we drive near the motel the boys get very excited, thats when you know you've found a great place. Other local kennels have not made our boys want to return, and therefore we haven't. Great communication and extras are included

  My wife just used this service (not cheap) she was informed by Manager not to worry if she was going to be late as my wife was rushing to drop off our dog to go to brisbane, she was told by Manager ""oh no do not worry if you are going to be late just give us a call no problems"". Very nice, However on way back from Gold coast yesterday she was caught behind a wide load and one car accident, so her pick up time of 4pm, was not happening at 4.10pm she got my daughter to ring and explain to reception that she is other side of childers running late by 10 mins. The response she got was RUDE, she was told that we are closing and we are going to be late for appointment will you be later than 10 mins??

  I simply love the facilities and staff at the Isis Pet Resort I never worry about my cat and two dogs when they are there.

  They have the most amazing VIP suites for my little boys with soft chairs, beds, and even a TV !!!
